Are there any holy damage monk staffs that use healing prayer? If so, how do I get them? I only have Prophecies and EotN. Thanks in advance.

both the wingsheilder and droknars healing staff do holy damage
droknars healing staff you can get at the end of eotn from the monks chest.
as for the wingsheilder you can get from this guy

as for non greens your best bet would be a dead staff or raven staff that uses healing prayers both "should" do holy damage

Hahan's Oath and the Healing Staff of the Forgotten also require Healing Prayers and deal Holy Damage.

I hate to contradict End, but "Universal" staves, or ones that can spawn with "any" attribute, actually can't. A handful of attributes, Healing Prayers included, are excluded from spawning on these staves.
The only non-unique staves that can drop with a Healing Prayers req are the Divine Staff and the Tormented Staff (which both deal holy damage). The Divine Staff can also drop with a Divine Favor req, and the Healing version only drops in NF. The Tormented Staff can spawn with a req for any caster attribute, and only drops in the Domain of Anguish.

However, there are also crafted staves, which can be made with any caster req; the Healing versions of these all deal holy damage. The four crafted stave types are the Charrslayer, Asuran, Norn, and Raven staves, all of which come from Eye of the North. (Note - the Raven Staff is also a dropped skin, but the dropped version cannot spawn with a Healing Prayers req). These four staff skins are tied to the Ebon Vanguard, Asura, Norn, and Deldrimor factions respectively, and you need to have at least R4 in their respective titles to be able to craft them. The crafters are found, again respectively, in the Eye of the North, Rata Sum, Gunnar's Hold, and the Central Transfer Chamber.
